October 10, 2010 - Bishop Boyea celebrated an anniversary Traditional Latin Mass for the All Saints, Flint, community.

October 10, 2010 - Bishop Boyea inaugurated a Tridentine Community meeting in the Crypt of St. Mary Cathedral, Lansing.

October 3, 2010 - Fr. Gerald Gawronski celebrated an inaugural monthly Traditional Latin Mass at Old St. Patrick, Ann Arbor.

August 13-14, 2010 - Friends of UVAA/Y from Generation Christ held a second annual pilgrimage: The Pilgrimage for Christian Culture

The title of the pilgrimage was drawn from two titles by Prof. John Senior, of blessed memory, the founder of the Integrated Humanities Program at the University of Kansas.


July 16-18, 2010 - The Latin Liturgy Association conference was held in Detroit (pdf).


Lansing-area Extraordinary Form Mass meeting - On Monday, June 7, 2010, 60 persons gathered at the Diocesan Center at St. Mary Cathedral, Lansing, to discuss the formation of an Extraordinary Form Personal Parish. Fr. Jeffrey Robideau coordinated the meeting.

A representative from UVAAY was present and met several persons from the greater Ann Arbor area. More information can be reviewed at Fr. Robideau's website: GetHoly.com


"Past, Present and Future Schola Members" party - Sunday, January 24, 2010, saw a gathering of those who like to sing Catholic music in Ann Arbor, when the Schola Gregoriana of St. Thomas the Apostle held a mid-year party at Fr. McGivney House (521 Elizabeth Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).


Epiphany Blessing - Friday, January 8, 2010, saw the first public revival of Latin liturgy of any kind by an Ann Arbor pastor when salt, water and oil were exorcised and chalk and houses (Fr. McGivney House and St. Catherine House) according to the older Rituale.


New Year's Day Mass - On January 1, 2010, the Feast of the Circumcision of Our Lord, there was a 9:30 a.m. Mass at St. Josaphat with UVAAY in attendance.
